Once we receive your request, we will send you a message with all the return instructions.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract. The return or refund can be made, even without stating the reasons, only if the item has not been worn or damaged and if it is present in the original box. The deadline for withdrawal is 14 days from the moment of receipt of the item and another 14 days to return it.
Return conditions :
- - Products must be in their original packaging.
- - Packaging must be accurate and of the same quality as that received.
- - There must be no tape applied directly to the original packaging.
- The product must not have signs of wear or be damaged.
How to make a return :
- - Send an explicit declaration via WhatsApp (click here) , communicating Name, Surname, Order number, Reason for the return, Photo of the shoe and Photo of the sole .
- - We will respond within 24/48 hours from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 17:00.
- - The shipping costs of the product are paid by the buyer . You can choose to send the return with a trusted courier or request collection with our courier at a cost of €5, which will be deducted from the refund. The initial shipping costs and the commissions for cash on delivery are not refundable.
- - Packaging: The package must be carefully packaged. We are not responsible for any delays or losses by the chosen courier.
- - Once we receive the package , we will verify that all conditions have been met. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the issue of a refund equal to the original amount of the order, net of shipping/cash on delivery costs.

Refund method :
- PayPal : Instant refund if PayPal balance used; with credit card, up to 10 days.
- Credit card : refund up to 10 days.
- Cash on delivery : provide IBAN and holder to receive the refund on the bank account, which will take place in 1-2 working days.
Returns or refunds abroad are free only in the case of :
- Item damaged or sent in error.
For other cases (change of size, color, model or refund), the costs and times of refund vary according to the country and the conditions established by our courier.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery unless the order was sent by us in error (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You are requested to send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- SHIPPING -
Shipments throughout the European Union from Monday to Friday via traceable courier.
Shipping and order processing : within 24 hours your order will be processed and shipped as follows:
- - STANDARD SHIPPING ITALY (4-5 DAYS) : €5.90 for all orders.
- - FREE SHIPPING for orders over €70.
- - SHIPPING TO MINOR ISLANDS AND DISADVANTAGED AREAS : delays or additional costs may occur depending on the location.
- - EU SHIPPING (OVER 7 DAYS) : Shipments within the European Union may take over 7 working days.
- - EXTRA-EU SHIPMENTS : may take more than 2 weeks.
How it works :
Once your parcel is ready for collection by the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your delivery. A signature will be required upon delivery, so we recommend choosing an address where someone will be present to receive the parcel. If you are not present, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery and will attempt to deliver the parcel again in the following days. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel will be placed in "storage". If it is not collected within five working days, the order will be cancelled and the delivery costs will be retained.
Liability : Costa Superstore is committed to ensuring that your order arrives at its destination as quickly as possible, but is not responsible for any delays due to external causes such as holidays, unforeseeable events or health restrictions. Furthermore, it cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss of packages following specific instructions given to couriers.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or non-compliant item, please contact us by email at servizioclienti@costasuperstore.com within three days of receipt, preferably attaching a photograph of the package and its contents.
Cash on delivery : the cost is €3.50 and will be added to the order total.

We accept payments with any credit card, debit card, prepaid card and also postepay. Payments will be managed by Shopify.com, an online payment software that encrypts your private data keeping it private and safe, it has no extra cost.
PAYPAL
Paypal accepts payment from your account and with any credit card, the payment is immediate, it has no extra cost.
MARK
With cash on delivery there will be a supplement of €3.50. The amount due will be paid in cash directly to the GLS courier upon delivery.
Before shipping the package you will be contacted via whatsapp by our Team, once we have received feedback we will ship the package, which will take 24/48 hours to be delivered (on the islands it could take 72 hours).
We ask for maximum cooperation for cash payments as couriers are not required to give change and not to refuse delivery as we would be forced to charge you additional shipping costs and to proceed with a report to the postal police as indicated in our privacy policy.
Please note that this payment method is only available in Italy.
Please be at the chosen delivery location during the day as the courier does not indicate the exact time of arrival, and with the exact amount of money indicated on the receipt as the couriers do not have change. Most importantly, by clicking the "complete order/place order" button you sign a purchase contract where the customer is obliged to pay (described in the Consumer Code in art. 52 com. 2), and who can then subsequently request a refund or a return.
